pillsPlease check the messages on your request slip, as the item cannot be issued if you need to see your doctor first. Just tick the appropriate medication on your computer slip, hand it in, post it with a stamped addressed envelope, or fax it (01282 832556) to the practice.

Allow 48 Hours: Most days your prescription will be ready for collection after 4pm on the next working day, however on days of high demand it may take 48 hours so please allow for this.

Please include all the information that is on the slip so that the item can be safely selected. The drug, the strength and the quantity required are particularly important as errors can occur.

If you follow these instructions, your prescription should be ready for collection within the 48 hour period. 

The local pharmacies may provide a free delivery service to those who need it – please ask at the pharmacies.
