Nurses

We have two Practice Nurses and a Health Care Assistant who are fully trained to deliver a range of medical services. They can be seen during normal surgery hours – by appointment where possible – and at specific clinics.

Practice Management

Mr Simon P Royal (m)

Simon Royal is the Practice Manager and he would be happy to help you with any queries or problems you may have about the administrative or non-medical aspects of your health care. He is responsible for the day to day running of the practice and is available to discuss any suggestions or complaints. Administration

We have nine administrative staff including Receptionists, Secretary, Clerical Officers and Notes Summarisers. All staff have undergone training and are ready to help you at any time. They may need to ask you for further details when you telephone for medical advice. – This is to ensure we can assist you as speedily as possible. All staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality.

Attached Staff

Attached to the practice, we have three District Nurses and two Health Visitors as well as midwifery staff. The District Nurses can be contacted on Tel. 644465 – they have an answerphone and messages are picked up daily. The Health Visitors can be contacted on Tel. 644511 and as with the District Nurses, they have an answerphone and messages are picked up daily. Counsellor: A counsellor attends the surgery weekly and appointments are made via GP referral.
