IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION
CLOSURE OF PRACTICE ON MONDAY 27th MAY 2013
Owing to the spring bank holiday, the practice will be closed on Monday the 27th May 2013.
It is requested that all patients that require repeat medications that will run out over the weekend of the 25th/26th May 2013 submit their paper work to the practice by: WED 22nd May for collection after 4pm ON FRIDAY 24 MAY 2013.
ONLINE SERVICES/ BOOKINGS
To book an appointment online and order your repeat prescriptions you need to register for access by clicking on the link below "Request to Register for Online Services" , once the practice receives this we can send your online activation instructions (if you recently moved please ensure we have your new address). REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Due to the new computer system we must now stick to the 48hr guideline.
You should allow 48hrs for your repeat prescription to be processed as stated on the practice website and practice leaflet, unless informed otherwise.
The ordering of repeat prescriptions via the website is now available however you need to register for access to do this click the link below "Request to Register for Online Services".
