For 4th May -29th Apr for collection 1st May at 4pm.

For 25th May - 20th May for collection 22nd May at 4pm

The New practice car park is now completed and available for use.

 

ONLINE SERVICES/ BOOKINGS How information about you helps us to provide better care

To book an appointment online and order your repeat prescriptions you need to register for access by clicking on the link below "Request to Register for Online Services" , once the practice receives this we can send your online activation instructions (if you recently moved please ensure we have your new address).

 

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS: You should allow 48hrs for your repeat prescription to be processed as stated on the practice website and practice leaflet, unless informed otherwise.

The ordering of repeat prescriptions via the website is now available however you need to register for access to do this click the link below "Request to Register for Online Services".
